Student Council Persona 3 Reload Social Link And Schedule
Joining the Student Council in Persona 3 Reload introduces players to Hidetoshi Odagiri, who represents the Emperor Arcana. Managing this Social Link efficiently requires a clear understanding of Hidetoshi's weekly availability and unlock requirements. By balancing your afternoon schedule at Gekkoukan High, you can maximize your rank with Hidetoshi while staying on track for a full Social Link playthrough.
How to Unlock the Student Council Social Link
The Student Council Social Link becomes available early in the school year starting on April 27. Mitsuru Kirijo invites the protagonist to join the committee, directing you to visit the Faculty Office first. After speaking with the faculty members, you can enter the Student Council Room located on the second floor to initiate Rank 1 with Hidetoshi.
Unlike several other Social Links in the game, starting the Emperor Arcana does not require high levels in social stats like Courage or Charm. This makes Hidetoshi one of the most accessible early-game bonds to establish. Additionally, establishing this bond is required if you want to unlock Chihiro Fushimi, who serves as the treasurer.
Student Council Weekly Schedule and Location
Hidetoshi Odagiri is available inside the Student Council Room after school on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Because he operates strictly on school grounds, he will not be available during school holidays, exam weeks, or Sundays. Planning your afternoon activities around these days prevents wasted time during tight calendar periods.
When planning your weekly routine, prioritize attending Student Council meetings whenever school is in session. School afternoons are a limited resource in Persona 3 Reload, so keeping track of active days is vital. If a holiday approaches, use those off-days to focus on non-school bonds or social stats.
Best Strategies for Ranking Up Hidetoshi
To rank up the Emperor Social Link quickly, always bring a matching Persona of the Emperor Arcana in your stock. Carrying a matching Persona boosts the affinity points earned during dialogue interactions with Hidetoshi. This helps ensure that every hangout results in an immediate rank progression rather than a generic meeting.
Hidetoshi takes his duties very seriously and values order, discipline, and strict adherence to school rules. Choosing dialogue responses that align with his strong sense of responsibility will earn the highest point bonuses. Supporting his efforts while helping him learn empathy will steadily advance his story arc.
Unlocking Additional Bonds Through the Student Council
Progressing through the Student Council storyline also grants access to the Justice Social Link represented by Chihiro Fushimi. Once you have joined the council, you can speak with Chihiro in the hallway right outside the room. Interacting with her on multiple separate school days will eventually allow you to start her Social Link.
By managing Hidetoshi's schedule alongside Chihiro's visits, you optimize your overall daytime routine. Completing the Emperor Arcana eventually allows you to fuse Odin, the ultimate Persona of this Arcana. Staying consistent with your Monday, Wednesday, and Friday appointments ensures smooth progression throughout the academic year.
